Black Friday Apple specials from Walmart, Target and Best Buy

We’re not quite halfway through November, but already major retailers have started revealing their Black Friday and Thanksgiving promotions – and it’s good news for fans of Apple.

Target

First up, Target will be offering some great deals on iPads and iPods between the 28th and the 30th of November. The 16GB iPad Air will be on sale for $479, and customers will also receive a $100 Target gift card with purchase.

The $100 iPad gift card deal also applies to other full-size iPads, including the iPad Air 32GB and 64GB models.

The 16GB iPod Touch will sell for $299 and comes with a $50 gift card, and discounts will also apply to iTunes gift cards, with a $60 pack on sale for $50.

Customers interested in the iPhone 5s from Target will pay $179 with a two-year contract with AT&T or Verizon, and $198 with a two-year Sprint plan. All 5s purchases will come with a $30 Target gift card.

Best Buy

Best Buy has also announced its upcoming Black Friday deals, including offering the iPad Air 16GB for just $449. That’s a saving of more than $50 compared to Apple’s retail price for the tablet.

You can also save $50 on a 32GB iPod Touch, with the device on sale for $249.99, and specials extended to iTunes cards – Best Buy will be selling the $100 iTunes card for $85.

The iPhone 5c 16GB will be selling for $48 with a two-year contract from either Sprint, AT&T or Verizon Wireless.

As with Target, Best Buy's advertised deals only apply from the 28th to 30th of November.

Walmart

Last but not least, Walmart is following Target’s lead by throwing gift cards galore in with Apple products purchased over the holiday weekend.

Buy an iPhone 5s or 5c and receive a $75 Walmart gift card, with the 5c on offer for $45 with a two-year Verizon or AT&T plan.

And head to Walmart on Thanksgiving Day from 6pm, and you can take home the 16GB iPad Mini for $299, as well as a bonus $100 gift card for your trouble.
