Nokia Australia have launched a new 'competition' called Bill Exchange where they ask you to send in an old bill from any service to Nokia with a message about what you would have rather spent the money on. If they like your idea, they'll pay you back that amount for spending on the idea (up to $300) and give you a Nokia phone. To be clear it is a competition, not an exchange...not everyone is a winner. If Nokia don't like your idea, then no exchange for you, and they'll be favouring the whacky ideas that they can re-promote through Facebook etc. The example they give in the video is to become a Pirate Metal Rock God with $208. With only $208, becoming a rock god is going to be a stretch so you'd have to be happy with a lesser result like a minor deity status or even just a metal rock sainthood.
