Google has finally revealed its chosen dessert-themed nickname for the upcoming Android N: say hello to Android Nougat.
The announcement occurred live across Google’s Snapchat and Twitter, after months of speculation and suggestions from Android fans.
Nougat was just one of many potential nicknames proposed by the general public, including Nutella, Neapolitan, and Noaty McNoatface (!). Google has now unveiled an all-new Android Nougat statue outside its California HQ.
