View Your Telus Bill
To access your Telus account online, you’ll need to sign up for My TELUS. Once you’ve done that, you can view your Telus bill on the Telus website or through the MyTELUS mobile app. Select “Billing” to view your bill.
Pay Your Telus Bill Online
Take the following steps to pay your Telus bill online:
- Sign in to My TELUS.
- Select “Overview” or “Billings” in the navigation bar at the top of the page. If you have multiple accounts with Telus, make sure you’ve selected the correct account.
- Select “Make a payment” or “Pay Bill.”
- Select your payment method.
- Enter your payment information.
- Submit the form.
If you’re using a credit card and would like to save time for future payments, you can check “Save credit card” when you input your card’s information.
Pay Your Telus Bill via the My TELUS App
The easiest way you view and pay your Telus bill is via the My TELUS app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Open the My TELUS app.
- Sign in to your My TELUS account.
- Select “Billing” on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
- Select “Pay bill.”
- Select your payment amount and credit card information.
- Select “Pay now.”
Pay Your Telus Bill by Phone
You can pay your Telus bill over the phone by following the steps below:
- Call 310-2255. Customers from British Columbia and Alberta calling from outside their home province should use 1-800-400-2598. Customers from Quebec calling from outside of Quebec should use 1-877-725-7599.
- Listen closely to the list of available options.
- Select the option to make a payment.
- Follow the instructions to make a payment with your credit card.
If your phone is a TELUS Prepaid device, you can follow these instructions to make one-time or automatic top-up payments to your prepaid account:
- Dial #123.
- When prompted, enter your four to six-digit Security PIN.
- Press 5 to register a new credit card.
- Follow the prompts to provide your card’s information.
- Wait for confirmation that your card was successfully registered and that your bill has been paid.
Pay Your Telus Bill Through Clik2pay
A purple Clik2pay icon appears on some Telus bills. Clik2pay is a Telus partner that allows customers to pay their bills through e-transfer. Clik2-ay uses bank-grade security and privacy measures to protect your payments and your personal information. If you’d like to pay your Telus bill through Clik2pay, follow these steps:
- Click on the Clik2pay icon in your bill.
- Choose your bank or financial institution on the Interac gateway page.
- Log in to your online or mobile banking app.
- Verify your payment information.
- Approve the payment shown by your bank.
Pay Your Telus Bill Through Your Bank
You can pay your Telus bill through at your bank’s local branch or through their website or mobile app.

Present your Telus bill or remittance slip to the teller at your local bank and allow up to five days for the payment to be processed.

- Log in to your bank’s online banking website or mobile app.
- Follow the instructions to make a payment.
- Include your Telus account number in the memo. This number can be found on your bill or Client Service Agreement.
- If you’re paying a Home Solutions bill, the payee should be listed as “TELUS Communications.” If you’re paying a Mobility bill, the payee should be listed as “TELUS Mobility.Mobilitie.”
