Remote controlled weapons are a common part of modern warfare, but it turns out you don’t need a military budget for a no-look shot.

TrackingPoint is a company that creates ‘networked rifle scopes, which connect to an Android app over a Wi-Fi hotspot served by the scope. Once connected you can view the scope’s view on a phone, a tablet, or even a pair of Android-powered ski goggles, like in the video above.

The result is a view not unlike the POV of the Terminator, with a head-up display indicating wind speed, target range and, of course, digital crosshairs.
