If you purchase a Cityfone phone, it automatically comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Your new device will come with all accessories, charger, and a 90-day warranty on the accessories. Any failure due to mistreatment, physical or liquid damage will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you loose or your phone is stolen, this is not the responsibility of the Cityfone or the manufacturer; phones are the responsibility of the owner.
