Bell Customer Service & Reputation

For four years, J.D. Power and Associates have ranked customer care by every major Canadian carrier. And in every year but one, Bell ranked dead last. In 2017 Rogers took the bottom spot but Bell still scored below the industry average in customer satisfaction.

Bell-owned Virgin Mobile has scored at or near the top of the list in every year so we know it's possible for them to keep customers happy. However, a long history of poor customer service across all telecommunications services has given Bell and uphill struggle in gaining customer confidence. Even so, they're regularly investing new money in improving their customer care and making ads that tell you so.

Why Choose Bell?

Their service is premium-priced, but they provide fast, reliable and wide spread connectivity. Bell customers enjoy one of the fastest 4G networks in the world and the largest cell tower network in the country (in partnership with Telus Mobility).

Bell offers a wide selection of cell phones available for purchase outright or on 2-year purchase plans. They offer some of Canada's only unlimited data plans.

Bell Mobility offers unlimited data plans, shared data family options, talk and text and prepaid plans. There's more than likely a plan that suits your needs. Although they're often priced higher than other Canadian carriers, they offer the nation's largest and fastest network.
