You can't call Public Mobile because all of their customer support takes place online. You can speak with a virtual assistant on their website or submit a ticket to their Customer Support Agent Team. Customer Support Agents are available Monday-Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.

There is no phone number for Public Mobile Top Up. If you need to find a location where you can make a contribution to your Public Mobile account, Public has a list of participating stores on their website.

How do I cancel Public Mobile service?

You can cancel your Public Mobile service by logging into your account via publicmobile.ca or the Public Mobile app and turning off the "Auto Pay" function. Doing so will stop service when the month ends. If you'd like assistance, you can ask a virtual assistant to walk you through the process.

Does Public Mobile have 5G?
