The premium models for Note10+ and S10+ are pretty close in most respects. The Note10+ features a larger screen, Intelligent S Pen input, and cameras that take take photos and videos ready to post online without ever touching desktop post-production software. The S10+ is the premium smartphone for your everyday use. The screen is still pretty large for some people, but there's no better hardware in a mainstream flagship personal smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy Note10 is far more powerful than most phones out there, but you really feel like they made a lot of compromises to bring the price down. It still uses the Intelligent S Pen, but the hardware specs are almost the same as Samsung's flagship Galaxy S10. All four cameras are almost the same between the Note10 and S10. While the display screen is a bit bigger, the resolution is lower so you may get a better experience with the Galaxy S10.
And the Galaxy S10 still has the 3.5mm headphone jack, so if you're looking at the Note10 for any reason other than the Intelligent S Pen, seriously consider getting the Galaxy S10 instead.
