Trade & Upgrade
Bring in your current device to a SaskTel Store or Authorized Dealer and SaskTel will assess it and give you trade-in credit of up to $800 to use towards the purchase of a new device. Plus, get an additional $200 credit available to existing customers (offer ends on July 2, 2025).

- roam & RELAX International data Travel Add-on: $25/month - when roaming in a country with a $15/MB data roaming rate, pay $10/MB instead of the regular data roaming rate
- 6 Hour Data Pass: $5/one-time payment - Unlimited data for 6 hours (data included within Canada only and does not include international data usage). A text notification will be received when the 6 hour period has began and when it has ended. Data Pass is not available for plans that have unlimited data. Take note that the Data pass is purchased at the device level and cannot be shared across multiple devices. The purchase price of Data Pass counts towards the Canada data cap of $50 total of data add-ons and overage charges.

You will be charged $60 activation fee when you activate a new, used, or unlocked wireless device on any Postpaid rate plan or noSTRINGS Prepaid plan on the SaskTel network.
Network Coverage
SaskTel has the largest and fastest network in Saskatchewan: they offer 4G LTE in more Saskatchewan communities than any other provider. When outside of the 4G LTE coverage, you'll automatically switch to the 4G wireless network, which covers 99% of Saskatchewan's population.
Sasktel has now rolled out the LTE Advanced network for faster speeds (up to 2.5x faster) in select areas. A compatible device is required in order to connect to the LTE-A network.
