Yes, Rogers offers customers the option to make and receive phone calls, plus send and receive messages. Wherever there is a Wi-Fi connection, Rogers customers will be able to stay connected in places like basements, condos and tall buildings.  

Customers can easily turn on WiFi calling if they have either an Android or iPhone. Please note the setup is different depending on the device model. Wi-Fi Calling will not use up data from your wireless data plan so you can talk as long as you want.
