Customers can also check their balance by visiting www.chatrmobile.com/mychatr, log in and view your usage details. Customer can also change account details, alter plan details and add on special features. Your home dashboard is the best way to view specific plan details.
And the final way to check usage is to either, call *611 from your Chatr phone or call 1-800-485-9745 from any phone in Canada
