If you bought a phone from Fido, you’ll be able to get the device unlocked directly from Fido if you’ve met the eligibility requirements.

You must satisfy the requirements below:

  1. Your account is in good standing.
  2. The device is not on the national blacklist of wireless devices reported as lost or stolen.

If you’ve met these requirements and elect to unlock your device, Fido will do so at no cost to you.
