If you’re having trouble sending or receiving text messages or are unable to access network data, you may need to reconfigure your iPhone’s APN settings.
- Insert your Fido SIM card and turn the device on
- When asked to activate the device, follow the wizard on the screen to complete the activation. Activation can be done over WiFi (depending on your software version) or by connecting to your computer and using iTunes.
- After you finish the activation, your device will be set up properly to use the Internet on the Fido network. Enjoy!
