If you’re having trouble sending or receiving text messages or are unable to access network data, you may need to reconfigure your Androids APN settings.
- Tap on Settings ? Wireless & Networks ? Mobile Networks ? Access Point Names
- Once on the APN screen, press the Options button
- Tap on New APN
- Enter a name into the APN Name field.
Here are the APN settings you’ll need to enter in your device:
- APN: Fido-core-appl1.apn
- If you have a LTE device, use the following APN: LTEMOBILE.APN
- MMSC: http://mms.fido.ca
- MMS Proxy: 205.151.11.13
- MMS Port: 80
- Leave these fields blank: Proxy, Port, User Name, Password and Server.
