You can activate your TELUS plan directly on their website.
The first thing you’ll need is a TELUS SIM card. Customers can find the SIM card inside of the prepaid package or use a TELUS SIM card you already own. Once you have the SIM card, head over to the website and and select prepaid activations.
Customers will need to have:
- The phone’s IMEI number
- SIM Card
- Payment method (Prepaid voucher or Credit/Debit card)
Once you have the all of the above, follow the steps below:
- Select your service plan and how much data, talk and text needed
- Enter your TELUS SIM card number
- Enter your phone’s IMEI number
- Pay for the monthly service plan
- Submit and confirm your detail and information
