Rogers Pro On-the-Go™ helps new and existing Rogers Wireless customers get a new smartphone delivered and set up within hours of buying it online. Operated in partnership with Enjoy, Rogers Pro On-the-Go launched late last year in the Greater Toronto Area with service expanding to Vancouver last month. In light of multiple storefront closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rogers has now made this free delivery and set up service available to residents of Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford and Cambridge.
What is Rogers Pro On-the-Go?
Although the fastest way to buy a new iPhone or Samsung Galaxy smartphone is at the store, it’s not always convenient to do so. Rogers Pro On-the-Go allows new and existing customers to buy a mobile device and have it delivered to a home or workplace within hours. A technician helps the customer set it up, transfer data from an older phone, install apps and get it configured exactly right.
The service used to include a more personal, one-on-one experience, but now relies on contact-free delivery and expert guidance over phone or video call. The entire process can be conducted from the comfort of your home and at a time you choose.
Self Isolation Drives Online Shopping
More Canadians are shopping online than ever due to self-isolation resulting from the coronavirus outbreak. The Rogers Pro On-the-Go program expands today to meet that need in new markets throughout southwestern Ontario. The unique service is now available in:
- Greater Toronto Area
- Greater Vancouver (B.C.)
- Hamilton
- Kitchener
- Waterloo
- Guelph
- Brantford
- Cambridge
Rogers has demonstrated a quick and extensive response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although 88 retail locations remain open for critical services, the expansion of the Rogers Pro On-the-Go program was accelerated to meet the needs of customers.

How to Order Rogers Pro On-the-Go
To receive personalized delivery and set up of your new devices, first choose a new smartphone and plan on the Rogers web site. New customers will be prompted to enter an address when checking out. The site will notify you if Rogers Pro On-the-Go is available after entering a mailing address. Existing customers will already an address on record and should be automatically informed of their eligibility.
