Want to add or remove service from your Virgin Mobile account? Simply follow the steps below to make any changes you need.
- Head to virginmobile.ca/myaccount and log in.
- Click on the My Service tab
- Click on the My Plans and Features link
- Navigate to the right side bar and click on Change my plan
- Follow the on-screen instructions to change your rate plan. You’ll also be able to review and change your features.
