If you’re heading out of the country, you can still use your wireless service from Videotron by purchasing the Daily Traveler add-on!

The Daily Traveler Pass remains active for a period of 24 hours following the use of any of your mobile service while abroad. When you arrive at your destination, you’ll receive a text message advising you of the applicable roaming fees for that particular country.

Fees related to the pass will be billed only when you:

  • Make or receive a call
  • Send a text message (including photo and video messages)
  • Use your data.

If you begin using your Videotron cell service after a 24-hour period, the Daily Traveler Pass will reactivate for another 24 hours and automatically incurs normal fees. Activating or deactivating the Daily Traveler Pass is quick and easy. All you have to do is go to the “Manage the Daily Traveler Pass” section in the “Mobile” tab of the Customer Centre or the Travel section of your User Centre and mobile app. You can activate or deactivate the Daily Traveler Pass whenever you want.

Customers can follow their usage during a 24-hour period by visiting the online Customer Centre or by logging into the User Centre app on your mobile.
