Unlocking your Videotron device is pretty straightforward. Just follow these steps:
- The phone must have been sold by Videotron
- Account must be in good standing with Videotron
- Device must be active for at least ninety (90) days before you can unlock it
- If the device was purchased at full cost, the device must be registered to your account
- The device cannot have been reported lost or stolen
- You agree to pay the $50 unlocking fee put forth by Videotron
- Videotron only unlocks Videotron devices
- Contact Videotron customer service to get your phone unlocked
