A local talk zone is an add-on that allows you to contact a specific set of countries without incurring any additional international charges.
Customers can enjoy unlimited local talk their designated local talk zones. Once you are outside of your local talk zone, cell phone coverage will still work on the Chatr network, but pay-per-use charges will apply to your usage.
